     ·  Teatru nu onestitate. Protocol nu ospitalitate. Corturi căptușite și în care ploua. Bai la comun pline de mucegai negru. Aș fii putut trece peste calitatea construcțiilor și întreținerea lor insa atitudinea și disprețul oferit de către proprietari și angajații lor lasă de dorit, tocmai trist pentru ca locația este minunata. Păcat de locul acesta, insa sunt multe pensiuni în zona, și am ales sa ne mutam vacanța în alta parte. Am ales acest loc datorită publicității agresive despre Perseide. Neștiind ca sunt vizibile doar pe data de 13 August, ne-au păcălit cu o cazare de $300/noapte la cort intre 10 și 12 august pe acest motiv. Nu am văzut bineînțeles nici o stea pt ca acestea nu apar pana atunci. Ciubărul este murdar și apa aproape verde, iar sauna nu a fost caldă atunci când aveam programarea la aceasta. Din păcate nu pot sa recomand suficient, sa evitați aceasta locație dar nu și zona, pentru ca este foarte frumoasă. Theater not honesty. Protocol not hospitality. Tents lined and raining. Shared bathrooms full of black mold. I could have overlooked the quality of the construction and their maintenance but the attitude and contempt offered by the owners and their employees leaves much to be desired, just sad because the location is wonderful. Too bad about this place, but there are many guesthouses in the area, and we chose to move our vacation elsewhere. We chose this place because of the aggressive advertising about the Perseids. Not knowing that they are only visible on August 13, they tricked us into a $300/night tent stay between August 10 and 12 for this reason. Of course, we didn't see any stars because they don't appear until then. The sort of Jacuzzi is dirty and the water is almost green, and the sauna wasn't hot when we had an appointment for it. Unfortunately I can't recommend enough to avoid this location but not the area, because it is very beautiful. The village is Ciocanul. Find something else.

     ·  le personnel qui est parfait et qui s occupe des clients la vue le concept la cuisine le calme (faudrait juste parfois mettre un peu moins de musique au restaurant ou moins forte...)
     ·  il faudra peut être changé le "bain" car il n y a pas de système de filtration ou de changement d eau ... et la literie !! notre matelas fait un creux et on dort pas trés bien, il faut avoir des matelats de meilleure qualité , si non parfait et merci il faudrait au moins 1 fois dans la semaine avoir une soirée, un concert, une animation.

     ·  Stafful cu atitudine excelenta si pro client, amabili si de mereu atenti la nevoi. Locul de vis, ideal pozitionat
     ·  Pe canapeaua extensibila nu se poate dormi, nu ar trebui marketata ca fiind adecvata pt somn. Prea putin staff raportat la nr de clienti, desi au avut o atutidine excelenta si implicare la nivel inalt, nu aveau cum sa faca fata la volumul de activitate
